Let us help you start the road to a healthy lifestyle. Campus Recreation offers an incentive program each year for students, faculty, and staff. The program encourages participants to exercise and eat healthy by setting goals and working together to achieve these goals.
SCSU Fitness Center Leaderboard
Get your name on the SCSU Fitness Center Leaderboard (Male and female divisions). The top 3 on the leaderboard, by April 29, will receive a champion T-shirt.
Rules of the game:
Set up a time with a fitness center employee to complete your challenge. FREE to members.

- 1 Minute Burpees
- Max Pull-Ups
- Dead Lift
- Back Squat
- Bench Press
- 500 Meter Row
- 1000 Meter Row
- 5K Run (sign up required) - Friday April 22 @ 4:00pm Husky Hub
- 1 Mile Run (sign up required) - Friday April 29 @ 4:00pm Husky Hub
IRONMAN DISTANCE CYCLING CHALLENGE• BEGINS MARCH 15
Rules of the Game:
Cycle 112 miles by April 28. Earn miles at the Tuesday/Thursday Cycling class AND/OR join us for 2 team cycle dates. Friday, March 18 & Friday, April 8 at 4:00pm. We encourage biking on your own but they do not count towards this challenge. All that complete 112 are eligible for the $100.00 EnduRUNce shop certificate. Free for all GX and Combo members.
