21 Days of Fitness: Oct 26 - Dec 11, 2009
Win Great Stuff for Moving
Form a new habit by attending 21 Group Fitness classes. FREE to those with a group fitness pass.
Group Fitness Pass Fees:
Students: 7-week pass - $15.00 (That's right, unlimited classes for only $15.00)
Faculty/Staff: 7-week pass - $30.00
Directions:
1. Attend 21 Group Fitness Classes.
2. Have instructor sign your Incentive Card after each class.
3. Attend 10 classes and receive either a SCSU Headband or ID Holder
4. Attend 21 classes and receive a SCSU Group Fitness T-Shirt! (While supplies last)
**All cards must be completed by Friday Dec. 11th to receive prizes. T-Shirts, Headbands, and ID Holders are available on a first come, first serve basis.
* Drawing will be held after the last class.
* Only ONE card per participant.

Let us help you start the road to a healthy lifestyle. Campus Recreation offers an incentive program each year for students, faculty, and staff. The program encourages participants to exercise and eat healthy by setting goals and working together to achieve these goals.
ALL SCSU faculty, staff, students and spouses are welcome to join. You can do it ON YOUR OWN or grab a partner for a 2-person TEAM!
WIN for working out and get in shape to run or walk the SCSU on the Move 5k!
EVERYONE who participates will receive a FREE entry to the SCSU on the Move 5k race.
PRIZES include a prize package from Push Pedal Pull, travel vouchers from Bursch Travel, and more!
LOW cost of $10 for entire program...INCLUDING the SCSU on the Move 5k!

We will meet on the SCSU track and you will be introduced to many different fundamental pieces for training for a 5K. Plus, working out each week to get in shape before the big race!
