Why Group Fitness is important to you: Group Fitness is important to me because it's a fun and motivating atmosphere. It's a great way to keep healthy and encourages you to work hard, while also having fun. It's my one time of the day where stressful school work
and obligations are put to the side, and the focus is on our participants and each other
to ensure we have a fun and safe workout.
