      SUMMER CLASSES

      Total Body Blast
      Do you like Butts ‘n’ Guts, Bootcamp,Tabata or all three combined?  This instructor will incorporate the workout style you desire all into a 5 week session by just giving a brief survey at the first class.  Combining resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics and endurance to help you gain and maintain full body toning.  It will have an emphasis on strengthening core muscles and bursts of cardio!  This progressive class will have you feeling the burn all over and leave you wanting more! All fitness levels invited.  Modifications will be given.

      Tri-training
      Tri-training provides a new challenge that meets each participants overall fitness goals.  By incorporating cycling, running and strength training each class will offer a new challenge that will get you in shape for a tri-athlon, road race or just for fun

      Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga
      Add the challenge of balance by using a stand up paddleboard! This energizing class will consist of yoga poses to improve flexibility while strengthening the core muscles and enhancing balance and general well-being. The relaxing sound of water will sooth and revitalize your mind, body and spirit! Prior yoga experience is recommended. Limited to 8 participants per session.  Bring swimsuit, beach towel and water bottle.

      Dates: Saturday, June 1, 8, 15 and 29. Sign up for one all or all dates
      Time: 10:00-10:45am

      Fee: $15.00 each class (includes rental of paddleboard)

      Small Group Personal Training
      Group Personal Training is designed to help you achieve your goals faster. Your trainer will take you through a series of cardio, flexibility, abdominal, upper and lower body resistance workouts. This program is based off of identifying goals and creating a personalized plan. During each session, you will learn exercises for your individual needs, proper techniques, and corrective exercises to avoid injury. With expert knowledge, you’ll get more from every workout and steadily progress toward your goals.

      Cycle/TRX/ Kettle Bell
      The ultimate in cutting edge strength training. Cast iron bells are used to develop a blend of strength with flexibility for maximum fat burning and muscular endurance. Tone your body while pushing your cardio capacity to the limit.  The TRX suspension is a training system that builds strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.  If you are tired of the gym and are looking for an advanced level of fitness this class is for you.  We will start the class with a 6-10mile cycle ride then progress through a variety of exercises each week.

      CYCLE

      Cycle ’N’ Sculpt:
      This intense total body workout promotes muscular and cardiovascular development to sculpt a more efficient and healthier you, but that’s not all! Toning portion focuses on sculpting your arms and abs to keep your whole body strong and balanced.

      Cycle:
      Loaded with training techniques taken straight from the road, cycle gives you the workout without the windburn. Gain a better understanding of cycling elements such as time trailing, drafting and pedalstroke, so you can connect your cycling experience to the world of outdoor riding. 45 minute ride followed by 5 minutes of stretching.

      Dubstep Cycle:
      Get ready for 50 minutes of sweat and dubstep music! Everything from sprints, to strength work, to endurance base building, the workouts for dubstep cycle are designed to make you feel as if you are out riding on the road. Come and join us for a heart-pounding good time!

      STRENGTH

      Kettlebell:
      Want to try something NEW in your workout??Kettlebell Training will kick your fitness goals into high gear! Functional, compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure. Kick it up a notch and come join the FUN!

      Butts’N’Guts (B’N’G):
      Are you tired of the same fitness routine? Then come to this fun energizing class. Combine cardio bursts muscle strength and endurance movements using a variety of equipment. Great for those with busy schedules who need to maximize workout time. Instructors bring personal touches to each class while providing modification and progressions so participants at any level can get a great workout.

      Express TRX/ Kettlebell:
      Are you a fitness lover with a busy schedule? This 30 minute class focuses on strengthening the entire body, including your abdominals, oblique’s, and lower back.

      Boot Camp:
      Drop and give me 20! Take your level of power, agility, and strength to the next level. Experience the effectiveness of near-maximum exertion with athletic drills both high and low intensity levels to attain your total body workout.

      Tabata:
      Known as world’s greatest fat burning workout tabata incorporates high intensity movements with short rests.  Tabata can be used for weight loss as well as improving overall fitness.  It’s designed for increasing stamina and stability, while using maximal muscle efforts. Instructors provide modifications to suite participants with various fitness levels.

      CARDIO

      Step ‘N’ Sculpt:
      This high-energy interval training class alternates intermediate/advanced step choreography with intensive muscle conditioning for a total-body workout. Modifications for all fitness levels.

      Cardio Kickboxing:
      Get ready to punch and kick your way to a healthier body! This class incorporates a mixture of cardiovascular exercises with kickboxing moves such as jabs, punches, hooks, blocks, kicks, and self-defense techniques. Get ready to feel strong, stay fit, burn fat and have fun all at the same time!

      Zumba:
      Skip the workout, join the Party! Inspired by Latin and international music, Zumba moves, grooves, and tones your entire body. Spice up your workout routine with this fun and easy-to- follow workout.

      MIND & BODY

      Pilates:
      Searching for improved posture, flexibility, strength and balance?  Pilates emphasizes essential skills for proper body movement while activating, isolating, and stabilizing your core.

      Yoga:
      Need a way to de-stress and? Come to yoga! This class incorporates strength building, coordination and flexibility. Connect with your mind and body withbreaths. This class goes through a series of energizing and relaxing poses.

      Yogalates:
      An amazing challenge and experience for those who want the best of both worlds! Class combines yoga’s strength and flexibility with powerful pilates moves to create a workout that keeps your body moving and guessing.
