Cycle ‘N’ Abs: Looking to torch a ton of calories in a short period of time? If so, indoor cycling is your new best friend. Pedal your way through a high intensity sprint, hill and interval cycling workout as we hit the bike for some power based training. Thirty minute ride followed by twenty minutes of great ab exercises.

Express Abs: What do we want?! “Abs!” When do we want them?! “Now!” We know what you want, 25 minutes packed to the max with core-strengthening, ab-lengthening, balance-challenging moves. Come to this class ready to work and you won’t leave disappointed. All levels are welcome, modifications and progressions provided.
Barre: Our class features a 50 minute full-body workout that combines pilates and ballet movements with conditioning and core-focused exercises. Barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training. This upbeat workout assures you a killer workout!
Bootcamp: Push your limits with plyometric drills, strength, power, resistance and core moves. Improve overall fitness, agility, speed and athleticism in this hi-intensity class. Perfect for all levels of fitness.
Muscle Pump: This weightlifting class causes you to dig deep and push past your limits. Sure, the moves are choreographed to music, but don’t let the synchronization fool you, this muscle-fatiguing class works the entire body, torches calories, and keeps your heart pumping. The repetitive, progressive style of Muscle Pump makes tracking progress and seeing gains easy!
Step: Mix up your cardio routine to challenge your body and mind! Step alternates between choreographed cardio sessions and intensive muscle conditioning, providing a total-body workout.
R.I.P.P.E.D.™: The One Stop Body ShopTM is a total body, plateau-proof fitness formula that pushes your cardio into high gear and keeps your body guessing. Named for the different components of the workout, R.I.P.P.E.D. gives you Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, and Endurance, while helping you attain and maintain your physique!
Zumba™: Skip the workout – join the party! Inspired by Latin music, Zumba moves, grooves, and tones your entire body. This killer core workout gets your heart pumping and spices up your hour at the gym. All fitness levels invited!
Yoga: Exhilarate your body and mind with Yoga. Yoga instruction will emphasize safe alignment in postures, while enhancing whole-body strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Classes include centering, warm-ups, sun salutations, standing and seated poses, and relaxation. All levels are welcome to this active class.
Restorative Yoga: Restorative yoga will allow you to calm your mind and body while turning your thoughts inward to emphasize breathing, peace, and an understanding of one’s body. So swap out, or complement, your go to vigorous exercise class for a restorative one. An opportunity to simply take your emphasis off accomplishing something and be more interested in what you are experiencing in the present moment. Then, watch as you find more joy - both on and off the mat.
Specialty 5 Week Fitness Camp
Treadmill Meets Weights • 45 Minute Express Workout
Take it inside for a heart pumping, muscle toning mash up that will actually make you look forward to heading to the treadmill. How it works: You will do 4-5 rounds of a 2-3 minute run/jog/walk interval followed by a 2 minute circuit. All fitness levels welcome.
When: 5-week camp • October 25 – December 1 • Tuesdays & Thursdays (no class November 24)
Cost: SCSU Fitness/GX/Combo Members- $10.00 • Non-Members-$40.00
