What I Like About Campus Rec: There truly is something for everyone!
Why Students Should Go To My Classes: One of the biggest complaints from participants is that they are not pushed hard enough. If you come to my classes, I make sure everyone feels they are getting a workout; I challenge participants, but also offer up modifications. I love large classes and playing around with lighting and music! I try and make every class a little different and fun!
