Campus Recreation is now offering free equipment, stability ball and free weight orientations. A Fitness Center Orientation lasts approximately 1 hour and presents an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the fitness center equipment and floor layout, policies and procedures of the Fitness Center, and a review of some of the best equipment needed to reach your personal fitness goals. Come dressed to workout. Orientation sessions are by appointment only. Orientations are designed for 1-3 people at a time, however if you have a larger group, you can make a special appointment to insure we have the space available.
