The goal and function of the Fitness Center is to provide an opportunity for instruction and special programming to maximize training, and to promote health and fitness awareness. Participation in the programs require a pass which can be bought at the Guest Services Desk in the Student Recreation Center.
The focus of the Fitness program is to serve the needs of a diverse population through various programs, including:
- Group Fitness
- Cycling
- Personal Training Assessments
- Exercise Designs
- Group Fitness Instructor Training
- Massage
