Fitness Tours and Orientations
If you're new to the gym, you may be confused about where to start, which cardio machines to try and how the strength training machines work. Campus Recreation is offering free equipment orientations and tours of the Recreation Facility.
Guided Tours
Campus Recreation invites you to sign up for a free guided tour of the fitness facility. Points covered include group fitness class schedules, personal training information, massage studio information, fitness testing, equipment orientations, fees, policies, how to get a locker and more. Allow 30-45 minutes.
Fitness Center Equipment Orientation
Campus Recreation is now offering free equipment, stability ball and free weight orientations. A Fitness Center Orientation lasts approximately 1 hour and presents an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the fitness center equipment and floor layout, policies and procedures of the Fitness Center, and a review of some of the best equipment needed to reach your personal fitness goals. Come dressed to workout. Orientation sessions are by appointment only. Orientations are designed for 1-3 people at a time, however if you have a larger group, you can make a special appointment to insure we have the space available. If you are looking for more of a commitment to yourself we also have Personal Trainers available.
