Background Information
Husky Challenge Course is managed by Campus Recreation and the Outdoor Endeavors Program.
It offers over 20 low and portable elements that are at ground level up to 5 feet off the ground. The focus of the low elements is on group communication, trust, problem solving skills and applied in a multi-disciplinary approach.
The High Elements include 13 different satiations and include a zip line. Most of the elements range from 5 to 30 feet off the ground. The focus of the high elements is to challenge thinking errors, build confidence, trust and and accurate sense of self through purposeful challenges.
This course is great for leadership training and team building. Each group we work with is different and programs must be developed to accommodate this diversity. We pride program as being unique through the relationships we form with organization who hire our services.
Availibility
For use of the Husky Challenge Course you must make contact the Coordinator or Student Manager for a consultation. During the consultation we work with groups interested in experiential education programming to develop the best opportunities to meet desired outcomes. Call (320) 308-3772 for information on reservations and available times. For your convenience, the Husky Challenge Course is available 7 days a week based on facility and staffing schedules. We work with each group individually to identify the most flexible schedule and pricing options.
The normal operating season for the Husky Challenge Course is April through October with mobile programs occurring year round. Additionally, we can provide alternative experiences through Husky Adventures or at our 2100 square foot indoor Climbing Wall.
