Welcome to the Earth Day Run!
- Are there refunds?
We do not allow entries to be refunded or transferred. Changing races is allowed until March 29th with a $15 service charge.
- Can I pick up my packet on race day morning?
Packets must be picked up on Friday, April 19th from 11:00am-8pm. If you cannot pick up your packet on Friday, we have a proxy pick up available to runners or a friend can pick up your packet with I.D.. Saturday pickup information can be found here.
- Can I register the day of?
Earth Day Run registration will close on April 15th at 11:00PM. We reserve the right to close the race early due to limits on our capacity. Register early to reserve a spot.
- Can I wear headphones and an iPod?
Yes you may wear them for all events.
- Are walkers allowed in events?
Yes walkers are allowed to participate. Traffic control and health and safety volunteers, and race officials, will vacate the course 3.5 hours after the start (12:00 p.m.). Anyone who continues to run on the course after 12:00 p.m. will be doing so at his/her own risk.
- Are strollers allowed in the races?
No. To protect the runners safety we do not allow strollers on the course. This includes the 5K Run/Walk.
- Do I receive a medal?
Participants in the Half Marathon and Relay Half Marathon will receive finisher medals as the top three finishers for that race. The 5K top three (3) placers will receive a placer medal.
Age groups are as followed: 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69.
Participants in the Half Marathon, Half Marathon Relay, 5K, and 5K Corporate Challenge also receive a black Asics Cinch Bag with this years logo design.
- How many aid stations and what is offered?
We have 1 aid station on Friday and 6 aid stations for our Saturday events.
- Where can I stay?
The Best Western Kelly Inn is a great hotel for runners. If the Kelly Inn is full, check out the St. Cloud Convention and Visitors Bureau for more lodging.
