Description:	Recreation. This class is loaded with cycle training techniques that are taken straight from the road. Gain a better understanding of cycling elements such as time trailing, drafting, pedalstroke and more, so you can connect your cycling experience to the world of outdoor riding. 45 minute ride followed by 15 minutes of stretching.
