Join us as we celebrate Rec Fest on January 31st from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM,held by Campus Recreation.The event will feature various Campus Rec departments who will be showing the different services and activities offered to students to help them stay active, especially during the winter months.

This event will include:

· Free mini massages by Campus Rec’s own massage therapists

· SCSU on the Move registration, a 10 week fitness competition

· Tables from club sports, such as the SCSU Triathletes and the SCSU Archery Club

· Outdoor Endeavors- Information on winter equipment rental such as ice fishing gear

· Health services, which will be on hand with tips on how to stay healthy during the winter months

· Intramural sports information, including which sports will be offered this spring along with sign up times

· Meet Group fitness instructors and learn about all the upcoming classes

· Music provided by local DJ Mike Nelson
