| Description: | Recreation. Want to take your yoga practice to the next level? Add the challenge of balance by using a stand up paddleboard! This energizing class will consist of yoga poses to improve flexibility when strength and core muscles and enhancing balance and general well-being. The relaxing sound of water will sooth and revitalize your mind, body, and spirit. Prior yoga experience is recommended. Limited to 4 participants. An additional fee of $10 is required; your slot will be reserved for all 4 dates. SUP dates: February 3, 10, 17 and March 3. |
