Swim Lessons

Levels

Level 1
Introduction to Water Skills: helps students feel comfortable in the water and to enjoy the water safely.
Level 2
Fundamental Aquatic Skills: gives students success with fundamental skills.
Level 3
Stroke Development: builds on the skills in Level 2 by providing additional guided practice.
Level 4
Stroke Improvement: develops confidence in the strokes learned and to improve other aquatic skills.
Level 5/6
Stroke Refinement: provides further coordination and refinement of strokes.
efficiency, power and smoothness over greater distances.

Toddler / PreSchool Lessons

Toddler/Preschool lessons designed for children ages 2-4.  This 25 min course gives the younger children a chance to have fun exploring the water!

PRivate Lessons

Campus Recreation also offers private lessons designed for children and adults to work one-on-one with an instructor.  The cost is $10 per half hour.  If you are interested, please contact Campus Recreation at (320) 308-3325.

** Campus Recreation reserves the right to cancel any level or session due to lack of participation. Full refund awarded in this situation.  All other cancelations may receive partial refund determined by coordinator.

**Due to other events in the pool lessons may occasionally be changed.  You will be notified prior to the date of occurrence.
