Save a Seat Program

Residential Life Community Advisers and Faculty Members,

The University Program Board (UPB) wants to make it easier for you to bring your floor/class to our events.

• You must have a minimum of five people attending in order to make reservations through the "Save a Seat" reservation program.
• Please make sure to have your requests in at least 5 business days prior to the event to ensure that you receive your seats. Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis as long as tickets are still available, so it is beneficial for you to reserve as far in advance as possible.
• If the event requires tickets that are free with an SCSU ID, we will provide those tickets to you for distribution to your floor/class. If the tickets have a cost, each participating individual must get their ticket prior to the event, however we will reserve a premium seat section for your group.
