The St. Cloud State University Student Loan Service Center (SLSC) provides a centralized billing and collection service of Federal Perkins and Bessie E. Campbell Short Term Student Loans. Contact Loans

The purpose of this section is to help you, the student loan borrower, understand and manage your student loans by providing you with deferment, cancellation and payment information. If you do not find the answer to your question, please contact us by telephone, email, postal mail or visiting our office.

The Student Loan Service Center will implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. It is our objective to collect student loans in a fair and courteous manner, while providing efficient, high quality service to our individual borrowers. Monies collected are returned to replenish loan funds.
