The staff of Buildings and Grounds
Management works hard to insure that the
physical campus environment is not only as
attractive, comfortable, clean and useful as
possible, but also minimizes costs. Staff
continually strive to improve on the wide
range of services utilized to achieve this
end. These services include: building
maintenance, capital improvement planning
and administration, repair and improvement,
cleaning, event set-up, grounds
maintenance, parking facilities, snow
removal, recycling/trash removal, University
motor pool, issuing building keys, freight
delivery, energy management, and heating,
ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC).
Following is a brief description of the nature
of some of these services and how you can
use them. If you have questions or
suggestions, you may call 308-2266 on
campus and we will be happy to assist you.
