DNA Sequencing and Analysis Center

The SCSU DNA Sequencing Center contains a LICOR 4300 DNA Analyzer, Applied Biosystems 2720 Thermal Cycler, and state of the art computers with LICOR e-seq and LASERgene software. This facility has the capability to analyze 48 samples per day, starting with DNA template, and yielding 500-1000 nucleotides of DNA sequence per sample.
