Federal Perkins Loans

The billing and collection of Perkins loans disbursed by St. Cloud State University are administered by the MnSCU Student Loan Service Center. Perkins loan repayments collected by the MnSCU Student Loan Service Center are returned to St. Cloud State University to replenish loan funds available for future lending.

Perkins Rights and Responsibilities Statement

To complete the application process each borrower must complete a Perkins Rights and Responsibilities Statement and a promissory note.
