Request a Room using Virtual EMS for SCSU Users

View the current schedule, browse for an open space and make reservations on-line using your Star ID and password.

Atwood also has three small conference rooms that are self-serve. You can book these three small rooms without having to wait for a confirmation. Once you log in, just choose "Reservations" and "Atwood Self-Serve Conference Rooms".

Room Reservation Request for Hours that the Building is Closed

Submit a request for a room reservation in Atwood on days/hours that the building is closed. There is a charge of $25.00 per hour to keep the building open. You will be unable to request space on Virtual EMS for hours that are outside of normal business hours so you will need to use this form to make that special request.

You can still browse for space using Virtual EMS, however, if you are an Off-Campus user you will not be able log into the Virtual EMS system to request space. This can be done here.
