Facilities that are scheduled by and coordinated through the Conferencing and Scheduling Office at Atwood are Atwood Memorial Center, Ritsche Auditorium and lobby and Atwood Mall areas.

View the current schedule, browse for an open space and make reservations on-line using your Star ID and password.

Atwood also has three small conference rooms that are self-serve that can be booked without having to wait for a confirmation. Once you log in, just choose "Reservations" and "Atwood Self-Serve Conference Rooms".

During Building Hours

On days/hours that the building is closed, there is a charge of $80.00 per hour to keep the building open.

Off-Campus Users

Off-campus users can browse for space using Virtual EMS, however, you will not be able log into the Virtual EMS system to request space.

Requesting Guest Network Access

Short-term guests can gain temporary access to the Internet via SCSU's wireless network. Guests must have an employee or student of SCSU sponsor their connection. Sponsors may login on the Guest Network Access page to create a guest access account.


Catering is available for your conferences and meetings through Sodexo Catering Services. More information is available at

Camps and Conferences

St. Cloud State is pleased to host to many summer guests from Minnesota, across the country, and abroad as they participate in educational and athletic programs on campus and within the local community. Both short & long term housing is available on campus for participants of your summer camps, conferences and events

Cutural Events

St. Cloud State University provides a broad offering of cultural events. Join the students and community in celebrating the various cultures through music, dance, a traditional meal, and other cultural activities.

The Underground

Bowling & Billiards is available for group reservations for both on-campus departments/organizations and also off-campus groups.
