Directions to Atwood Memorial Center

I-94 from Minneapolis (from east):

Take the first St. Cloud exit (County Road 75) and continue until you reach Washington Memorial Drive.
Turn right onto Washington Memorial Drive and continue to the first stoplight at the intersection of 10th Street.
Turn right on 10th Street and continue to the second set of stop lights at 5th Avenue.
Turn left on 5th Avenue and go 4 blocks to 6th Street.
Turn right on 6th Street and continue 3 blocks.
Atwood Center is on the right.

I-94 from the west:

Take the first St. Cloud exit (Highway 23).
Follow the directions for "Highway 23 from the west" below.

Highway 23 from the east:

SPECIAL DETOUR INSTRUCTIONS: Bridge over Highway 23 is now closed. Going west on HIghway 23, turn right at Lincoln Avenue (by Burger King).
Continue on Lincoln Avenue and then take first left at the stoplight onto E. Saint Germain Street until you cross the river. One block after the first stop light after crossing the river, take a left onto 5th Avenue and continue until 4th Street (approximately 6 blocks).
Turn left on 4th Street and continue to 4th Avenue. Take a right on 4th Avenue (parking ramp will be about 2 blocks on your left).
To continue to Atwood, take a left on 6th Street and Atwood Center is two blocks more on the right.

Highway 23 from the west:

Go all the way to downtown St. Cloud and take a right on 5th Avenue.
Continue on 5th Avenue until you reach 6th Street (about 5 blocks).
Take a left onto 6th Street and continue 3 blocks.
Atwood Center is on the right.

Highway 10 from Brainerd/Little Falls (from the north):

SPECIAL DETOUR INSTRUCTIONS: Bridge over Highway 23 is now closed: Take a right onto E. St. Germain Street (first stoplight by McDonalds on Highway 10)
Continue on E. St. Germain Street until you cross the river.
One block after the first stop light after crossing the river, take a left onto 5th Avenue and continue until 4th Street (approximately 6 blocks).
Turn left on 4th Street and continue to 4th Avenue. Take a right on 4th Avenue (parking ramp will be about 2 blocks on your left).
To continue to Atwood, take a left on 6th Street and Atwood Center is two blocks more on the right.

Highway 10 from Minneapolis (from the east):

Same as from Brainerd/Little Falls

Highway 15 from the south:

Follow Highway 15 into St. Cloud to the second stoplight. This is the intersection of Highway 15 and Highway 23 (Division Street). Turn right on Highway 23 and go all the way to downtown St. Cloud and take a right on 5th Avenue.
Continue on 5th Avenue until you reach 6th Street (about 5 blocks).
Take a left onto 6th Street and continue 3 blocks.
Atwood Center is on the right.

Highway 15 from the north:

Follow Highway 15 into St. Cloud untl you reach Highway 23 (Division Street). Turn left on Highway 23 and go all the way to downtown St. Cloud and take a right on 5th Avenue.
Continue on 5th Avenue until you reach 6th Street (about 5 blocks).
Take a left onto 6th Street and continue 3 blocks.
Atwood Center is on the right.

Parking

Parking is available at the 4th Avenue Parking Ramp, on some city streets (restrictions are posted) or the south pay lot. Use link below for locations. Parking arrangement scan be made with the Public Safety Department by calling 320-308-3453, or by visiting their office located at 516 4th Avenue S. Off campus guests can expect to pay $1.00/hour (maximum of $8.00 a day) in the parking ramp or plan to use the south pay lot. Employee lots, pay lots, and commuter student lots are free after 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, after 3:00 p.m. on Friday and for the entire weekend.(Note: any SCSU parking space with individual signs are ticketed 24 hours a day). Student Resident Lots (Yellow "A" and "E" lot signs) are free after 3:00 p.m. on Friday through Sunday at 3:00 p.m. http://www.stcloudstate.edu/campusmap/.
