Q.
How do I reserve a room, kiosk, table, mall or poster space?
A.
To make reservation requests for rooms, kiosk, tables, mall or poster
space, use our web page for reservations.
You
are also welcome to fill out request forms in person when our office is
open. This option is recommended for a multiple-day event or events with
complicated set-ups.
Q.
I have a weekly meeting request I would like to make. How do I do that?
A.
Atwood now has the option for you to complete a weekly
reservation request on-line.
As
always, you are also welcome to fill out a weekly reservation request
form in person when our office is open.
Q.
Will you take phone reservations?
A.
Leave a voice mail/message (only if you do not have internet access or
if it is needed immediately) - If reserving a room by phone, the following
information must include: 1) Your name and phone number;
2) Organization/Department name; 3) Date and time needed;
4) Number attending; and 5) Set-up and/or equipment needed.
Q.
What if I just want to check to see if a room, kiosk, table, mall or poster
space is available?
A.
Use our facility
schedule to check availability:
The
following building reservations are able to be viewed on-line: Atwood
and Ritsche Auditorium. Only the reservations that have been
processed will be listed on this web page.
Q.
What if I just need to find out what the room capacity requirements are
for a certain room?
A.
Use our web site to veiw each individual room to see what the room capacity requirements are.
Q.
I submitted my request but how will I know if the reservation has been
made?
A.
You will receive a reservation confirmation form via e-mail. You
can also check our facility
schedule on line.
Do
not send out any information about your event until you receive a confirmation.
Turn-around times vary depending on the
time of year (the first few weeks at the beginning of each semester is
always the busiest time of year), the complexity of the reservation, and
whether or not there are conflicts or additional information required
in order to complete the reservation. We process reservations on
a first come, first served basis.

What kind of A/V Tech equipment is available for use?
A.

Is there a charge for the A/V tech equipment?
A.
No, however, if a student tech is
required or requested for your event there will be an hourly charge for
the tech services ($10.00/hour with a minimum of $20.00). All off-campus
groups are charged at a higher rate.
Q.
I would like to have food and/or beverages included during my reservation.
Who should I contact?
A.
In accordance with the contract signed between St. Cloud State University
and Sodexho, there will be NO food or beverage in Atwood Memorial Center
in reserve-able spaces, unless purchased through or prepared by Sodexho.

Q.
What if I have a unique set-up arrangement I would like to request for
my reservation?
A.
Please print out a room diagram and submit at least two weeks before your
event to the Atwood #110 office. You should also make an appointment
with the scheduling and conferencing office on more complicated set-ups.
