All rates include stage setup, house lights, overhead fixed stage lights and PA system. Technicians are required. Fees for technician will be noted on room request form. Additional equipment fees are: Theatrical Lighting System: $100.00 per event; Dance Floor (includes setup): $200.00 for non-profit, $250.00 for commercial; Data Projection Console: $100.00 for non-profit, $250.00 for commercial. Additional equipment is free for campus organizations.
