Welcome to the SCSU Soccer Upper 90 Club Home Page
The SCSU Soccer Upper 90 Club’s mission is to help build and maintain an out-standing soccer program, on the field and off, at SCSU. It offers a way for Husky Soccer Supporters to contribute to the success of our program on a financial basis. With your tax-deductible donation for the 2008 season, we are looking to purchase two portable training goals, practice vests, and several items to upgrade our locker room. We also need to supplement our recruiting budget in order to continue to bring in quality student-athletes. Each of the above items mentioned will help bring Husky Soccer to the next level as we begin a new era in a new conference.
Becoming a member of the Upper 90 Club not only allows you to invest in the success of our student -athletes on and off the field, it also entitles you to several SCSU gift options and benefits based on the contribution level you choose. SCSU Soccer Supporters Weekend
SCSU would like to invite you to our first ever Husky Soccer Supporters’
Weekend on Sept. 13-14, 2008.
This is a time of great excitement for SCSU soccer, as it begins a new season in a new conference (NSIC), and the Huskies want to show how much your support means to the future of this program. The Huskies would also like to invite back all former SCSU soccer players, and they hope this weekend will provide a great opportunity to re-connect with former teammates and the program. Listed below is a schedule for the weekend:
Husky Soccer Supporters’ Weekend
Saturday, September 13th
- 9:00 am - 10:00 am Soccer/Football Youth Clinic Husky Stadium
Boys and Girls K-6th Grade. Free to children of those participating in
Soccer Supporters’ Weekend!
- 10:00 am - 11:00 am Alumni Game Husky Stadium
Past Husky Soccer Players! Get together to “knock it around” again!
Game is free to watch and open to the public.
- 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm lst Annual Golf Outing Wapicada Golf Course
Join us for a nine-hole tournament at Wapicada Golf Course in Sauk Rapids (10 minutes from SCSU). Register as a foursome ($200) or individually ($60) to be placed on a foursome (see details on back). Proceeds from games and hole sponsorships directly support the soc- cer team. Don’t golf? Volunteer to help with games, post-outing prizes, and hospitality! Check-in at 1:30 pm. Shotgun start at 2:30 pm. Grilled lunch at check-in.
- 6:00 pm - Close Supporters’ Social Ground Round
Come mingle with Husky Soccer supporters and staff! Free appetizers provided by the Ground Round. Cash bar (beverages on your own). The social begins at 6 pm and goes until whenever.
Sunday, September 14th

11:00 am - 1:00 pm Tailgating Party in Parking Lot
Come get pumped up for the game early at our Husky Soccer Supporters’ Tailgating Party! Pull out your lawn chairs, coolers, and portable grills! Traditional tailgating food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase or bring your own. Sorry, alcohol is prohibited on the SCSU Campus.
