The SCSU Soccer Upper 90 Club’s mission is to help build and maintain an outstanding soccer program, on the field and off, at SCSU. It offers a way for Husky Soccer Supporters to contribute to the success of our program on a financial basis. Your tax-deductible donation for the 2010 season helps with needed equipment and supply purchases, and it also helps us to supplement our recruiting budget in order to continue to bring in quality student-athletes. Your support will help bring Husky Soccer success in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference.
Becoming a member of the Upper 90 Club not only allows you to invest in the success of our student -athletes on and off the field, it also entitles you to several SCSU gift options and benefits based on the contribution level you choose. 2010 SCSU Soccer Supporters Weekend
The St. Cloud State University soccer team will host the 3rd annual Husky Soccer Supporters Weekend on Sept. 10-12.
This fun-filled weekend will mark the first home games of the season for the Huskies, as SCSU will host Minnesota, Crookston at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 10, at Husky Stadium. The day will oepn with a 5 p.m. match between Augustana and Minnesota State, Moorhead at Husky Stadium.
Of note, there will be a Husky Soccer Supporters Weekend welcome tent set up at Husky Stadium for fans, friends, parents and alumni to meet between 6 p.m. and the start of the Husky game vs. UMC on Sept. 10.
The fun continues on Sept. 11, with the annual SCSU Alumni soccer game at 10 a.m. on the pitch at Husky Stadium. A Husky Soccer Supporters Weekend mini-golf outing will then take place on the links at Summerland in St. Cloud beginning at 12:30 p.m. The day will conclude with an evening social at The Ground Round restaurant in St. Cloud. The social will begin at 6 p.m.
The weekend will wrap up on Sept. 12 with two more soccer games at Husky Stadium. At 11 a.m., Augustana College will play Minnesota, Crookston and then the Huskies will host Minnesota State, Moorhead at 2 p.m. A special tailgate party will take place on the Husky Stadium concourse between 11:30 a.m. and the start of the SCSU game.
