2010-11: Berg posted a 19-18 overall record at 184-pounds in 2010-11...charted four falls as a RS freshman...placed 1st at Auggie Open and 3rd at Husky Open in 2010...gained a 4th place finish at the 2011 NCAA Division II Super Region 3 meet at 184-pounds... “Jim & Dave Hazewinkel” Tough Man of the Year Award.
2009-10: Berg gained a 22-10 record as a redshirt freshman in 2009-10 at 184-pounds..SCSU's Redshirt Wrester of the Year in 2009-10...placed 3rd at 2009 Bison Open and 2nd at 2010 North Country Open.
High School: Berg comes to SCSU from Simley High School…he was a two-time MSHSL state place winner…he captured the MSHSL state championship as a senior…he earned NHSCA All-American honors his senior year…compiled a career mark of 124-34.
Personal: Berg is the son of Mark and Colleen Berg…he enjoys participating in all sports…sociology major at SCSU.
