2010-11: Kahnke charted an impressive 29-2 record in 2010-11, which included five falls...captured first place at the 2010 Husky Open and also earned top honors in the 285-pound bracket at the 2011 NCAA Division II Super 3 Regional...placed third at 2010 Iowa State Open...a 2011 NCAA qualifier, Kahnke brought home All-America honors with a second place finish at 285-pounds at the NCAA DII championships...2011 All-NSIC First Team...2011 NWCA All-Academic First Team...will serve as a team captain in 2011-12.
2009-10: Kahnke gained a 30-7 overall record in 2009-10 at 285-pounds...1st place at 2009 Cobber Open...3rd place at 2009 Husky Open..gained 2nd place finish at 2010 NCAA Regional...placed 4th and gained All-America honors at 2010 NCAA Division II championships...named to All-NSIC second team in 2010...SCSU's Dean Weisman Wrestler of the Year Award recipient.

PERSONAL: The son of Jesse and Dawn Kahnke...he is a recreation and sports management major at SCSU.
