2010 Season: Landed on the 2010 ESPN Academic All-District Five College Division Third Team, as voted on by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA)…appeared in 98 sets on the right side for the Huskies… totaled 41 blocks (3s, 38a)…ranked fifth on the team with 155 kills…dished out 11 set assists…put away a career-high 15 kills at Bemidji State on Oct. 23… dug up 36 balls in 2010…garenered a season-best five blocks (5a) against Lock Haven on Sept. 4…named to the 2010 NSIC Fall Academic team for the second consecutive season.

2009 Season: 2009 NSIC Fall Academic winner…appeared in 113 sets for the Huskies during her sophomore stint…was third on the squad with 149 kills…tabbed a season-best nine kills twice during the season (at SMSU 10/16/09 and vs. MSUM 11/6/09)…tallied lone serving ace of the season at Minnesota State on Oct. 17…second on the team with 70 total blocks (4s, 66a)…posted a match-high six blocks at Bemidji State on Nov. 3…ranks 6th all-time at SCSU with a .957 career serving percentage.

2008 Season: Made first appearance against #17 Pittsburg State at season-opening Middle of Everywhere Tournament…had season-high 15-kill evening against Missouri S&T on Aug. 29…recorded at least one block in 11 of first 12 matches…11 digs at Upper Iowa on Sept. 20 was good for season high…18 multi-block efforts, including five straight to end season…had season-high six blocks against #23 Augustana…tabbed a season-best .500 attack percentage against #23 Ashland on Sept. 5.

Before SCSU: Was a two-time letterwinner in volleyball…in 2007garnered team MVP honors, All-Conference and All-Conference Academic accolades and landed herself on the All-State Class B Second Team...named All-State Honorable Mention in 2006…a two-time All-Conference pick and an All-Metro Honorable Mention in 2006…earned All-Conference Academic honors twice…played on three conference championship and state qualifying teams in high school…led the state in blocks per game with 1.3 (122-90)…recorded 624 kills and 190 blocks over her high school career…was also a member of National Honor Society, DECA, SADD, Language Club, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and St. Patrick’s Youth Council.

Personal: Names her parents, Tony Carrow and Troy Gilb as the biggest influences on her career…favorite sports personality is Jordan Larson…daughter of John and Linda Beacom…a 2008 graduate of Elkhorn H.S…majoring in anthropology with a minor in history.
