The Kaitlin Doughty Story

Before SCSU: Coached by Jen Pfannerstill, Doughty was twice named the Great Northern Conference Player of the Year. A three-time All-State Honorable Mention award winner and All-Great Northern Conference player, Doughty helped lead her Hatchets squad to the Wisconsin State Tournament in 2009 and 2010. For her efforts, the team captain landed on the All-State Tournament squad both of those seasons.

Personal: A standout athlete at Tomahawk High School, Doughty lettered once in basketball and earned All-Conference Honorable Mention accolades. She has also charted three varsity letters in softball. The four-time academic honor roll student-athlete is the daughter of Donovan and Sonja Doughty. Kaitlin enjoys quilting, water sports and painting in her free time and she will be playing club volleyball for a local club in Tomahak this spring.
