TRACK & FIELD: Drake Relay Results

Des Moines, Iowa -- Drake Relays Update: The St. Cloud State women's 4x400 relay placed 23rd overall in the race in a time of 4:04.66 this afternoon at the Drake Relays. Amber Schueler, Kelsey King, Danielle Luhmann, and Heather Miller ran the race for the Huskies. The next race for St. Cloud State will be Saturday at 9:34 a.m. when the women's sprint medley hits the track.
The St. Cloud State women's distance medley relay placed 13th overall in the college division today at the Drake Relays. Brittney Moffatt, Amanda Eggebrecht, Cheryl Hundt and Keely Rubash ran the race in 12:28.85.
St. Cloud State first year runner Kyle Neumann (Andover) was the first Husky to compete in the 100th running of the Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa. Neumann ran the 10000 meters in 33:12.11 to finish 23rd overall.
This morning the women's 4x100 relay ran a season best 49.41 in their preliminary heat. The team of Mikha Tan, Amber Schueler, Kelsey King and Heather Miller did not advance to tomorrow's finals.
The men's 4x100 relay ran a 41.81, good for fifth place overall and advanced to the finals tomorrow at 5:15 p.m. Gabe Udia, Nick Trisko, Marcus Jenkins, and Michael Graham make up the 4x100 relay.
