2008: Best indoor season finish was third in the 5000-meter (23:07.94) at the SCSU Open…took 11th in mile (6:26.35) at Husky Open…Parent’s Day Open brought 25th place mark in 3000-meter (12:34.00)…took 29th in 3000-meter (12:57.66) at Jack Johnson Minnesota Classic…lone outdoor season result was a 19th place tally in the 3000-meter (12:50.64) at the Bison Open…
2007: Finished 11th at the NCC outdoor meet in the 3000-meter run (11:45.96)…ran 5000-meter at Drake Alternative and finished 11th (21:03.87)…eight in the 3000-meter (12:06.42) at the Division II Challenge…20th in 3000-meter (11:55.36) and NCC indoor championships.
2006: She skipped the indoor season in order to train for the outdoor season…Sanders found her times consistently dropping and earned a chance to compete in the Outdoor NCC Championships…competed in the 3000 meter run.
High School: 2005 graduate of Coon Rapids High School.
Personal: Daughter of John Sanders and Gail Owen of Coon Rapids, Minnesota...also a member of the SCSU cross country team…majoring in social work.
