The Sean Gaskell Story
2008-09: Participated on the St. Cloud State track team.
Before SCSU: A transfer from Lake Superior College…graduated from Esko High School in 2007…coached by Tim Lindquist in high school…five-sport athlete at ESH…lettered twice in track and field and once in cross country…qualified for the state tournament in the 4 X 800 relay…holds his high school’s and conference meet record in the 4 X 800 relay…varsity captain for the soccer team and lettered twice…one-time letterwinner in hockey and football…member of the EHS football squad that qualified for the state tournament in 2005.
Personal: Son of Randy Gaskell and Mindy Plaisted…landed on the student-athlete academic honor roll at St. Cloud State University…a nursing major…enjoys fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, snowboarding and camping in his free time…lists SCSU’s Hady Cherif as his favorite sports personality.
