The Roshane Boreland Story

2011: NCAA Division II Indoor All-American in the 800 meters following a seventh place finish in a time of 2:14.20...won the 800 meter indoor title at the NSIC Championships, setting the conference record in a time of 2:14.74...holds the school indoor 800 record with time of 2:13.18 run at the NCAA prelims...Boreland qualified for the outdoor NCAA championships in the 800 meters and placed tenth in a school record time of 2:11.59...USTFCCCA All-Region Award Winner.

Before SCSU: Attended Rend Lake College from 2008-10, where she participated in cross-country.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Ferncourt and St. Jago H.S., where she was coached by Klayne Reid and Keilando Groburn.

Personal: Daughter of Klinchester Boreland and Pamella Ontroy...lists Kenya Sinclair as her favorite sports personality...majoring in business management at SCSU.
