The Dusty McColley Story

2009: Highlight of indoor season at the Beaver Classic placing second in the triple jump (41-04.25)…took second in the high jump (6-00.75) at the SCSU Open…two top ten finishes at the MSU Alumni… placed sixth and the NSIC Indoor Championships in the high jump (6-03.50)…stared off outdoor season with second place honors in the UWRF decathlon (5222)…at UMD North Country earned third place in high jump (6-2) and fifth in the javelin (142-05)…first place finish in the high jump (6-04.00) at the UMD Triangular…two top ten finishes including high jump third place finish (6-05.50) at the NSIC Outdoor Championships…earned All-Conference honors in high jump.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Cedar Mountain High School…coached by Mike Frietag…won three letters in track, winning Team MVP and Most Improved honors…was a four-sport athlete, lettering three times in baseball, twice in basketball and once in football…was a member of the National Honor Society and graduated with honors.

Personal: Son of Jeffrey and Pamela McColley…enjoys music and other sports in his spare time…says Keith Klawitter has had the most influence on his athletic career. A pre-med major.
