St. Cloud, Minn. - The St. Cloud State University women's tennis team set a new season record on April 19, with a pair of victories over Minnesota State, Moorhead (9-0) and the University of St. Thomas (7-2).   The two victories pushes the Huskies' season record to 23-8, which is the most wins posted by SCSU women's tennis in team history.  The previous season high of 21 victories was set in 2003, 2002 and 1999.

 

The wins over Minnesota State, Moorhead and the University of St. Thomas marks the end of the Huskies' regular season, as they enter the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Team Tournament on April 25-26 at the Baseline Tennis Center in Minneapolis.  On May 2-3, the NSIC will also host the Individual Confererence Tournament at the Baseline Club.
