WOMEN'S TENNIS: SCSU Gains Big Win Over UMD, 8-1

Sartell, Minn. - The St. Cloud State University women's tennis team continued its late season roll through the NSIC with a big 8-1 victory over Minnesota Duluth at the Gold's Gym Tennis Center in nearby Sartell on April 3. The victory moved the Huskies' record to 15-8, 8-1 NSIC, while Minnesota Duluth falls to 5-7, 5-3 NSIC.
SCSU rolled to the win with singles victories by Jacque Doll (#1), Dawn Olsen (#2), Kelly Freese (#3), Kayla Lenz (#4), Krisite Eull (#5) and Sam Boushek (#6). In doubles play, Freese and Doll won at #1 doubles, while Eull and Tanya Halloran charted a win at #3 doubles.
SCSU will continue its season on April 4 with matches against Southwest Minnesota and Mary at the Gold's Gym Tennis Center in Sartell.
