Sartell, Minn. - The St. Cloud State University women's tennis team (5-4) earned a 7-2 victory over Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference rival Augustana College on Saturday, Feb. 28, at the Gold's Gym Tennis Center in Sartell.

 

The Huskies fell at #1 singles, before rolling off five wins in singles play against Augie.  Dawn Olsen (#2), Kelly Freese (#3), Kayla Lenz (#4), Kristie Eull (#5) and Sam Boushek (#6) each gained wins in singles action vs. Augustana.  In doubles play, SCSU's #1 doubles team of Jacque Doll and Kelly Freese posted an 8-4 win while Eull and Olsen won 8-0 at #2 doubles.

 

The Huskies will continue their season on March 4, with a home match against Montana-Billings.  Complete match results are listed below:
