SWIMMING & DIVING: St. Cloud State Weekly Notes

THIS WEEK’S MEETS: After a week off from competition, the St. Cloud State swimming & diving team will compete against the University of Wisconsin-Steven's Point and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in a home-and-home double dual matchup on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 30-31.
The Husky divers will travel to Eau Claire, Wis. on Friday to take on the Pointers and Blugolds in a 6 p.m. double dual meet. St. Cloud State's swimming team will then host the Pointers and Blugolds at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday afternoon at the Halenbeck Aquatic Center for a double dual meet.
SEASON REVIEW: St. Cloud State won 22-of-29 events at the Minnesota State University Moorhead meet on Oct. 16-17 in Moorhead, Minn. to kick off the 2009-10 season.
LAST SEASON: The Huskies won all seven diving events against the Pointers last season, as the women won four events and the men took home three. The swimmers won 10 events in 2008's meet, including the women's 400 yard freestyle relay with a time of 3:43.36.
