The Naomi Muckler Story
2010-11: Competed in six events for the Huskies during her junior stint, including the 50 fly, 100 free, 200 free, 500 free, 1000 free and 1650 free…swam personal top time of 18:40.59 in the 1650 free at the 2011 Midwestern Collegiate Championships.
2009-10: Muckler’s season highlights include a 0:57.14 100-free mark, and a 2:05.55 200-free mark.
2008-09: First Year…competed in the 50 free, 100 free, 200 free, 500 free, 1000 free and 1650 free during her rookie season…posted a time of 27.42 in the 50 free on Oct. 18, marking the best time of her collegiate career…gained her first collegiate win in the 200 IM on Oct. 18 at the MSU Moorhead meet.
HIGH SCHOOL : 2008 graduate of Eastview High School and the School of Environmental Studies…coached by Mark Tollefson…three-time swimming letter winner…a section finalist and medalist…state qualifier…voted most improved.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Laura Muckler of Eagan and Craig Muckler of Lakeville, Minnesota…lists her mother, teammates, and coaches as those with the greatest influence on her career…lists making in to the state meet as a senior as her greatest sports thrill…majoring in nursing.
