The Jake Larson Story

2010-11: Larson was a member of the 800 free relay that charted the top time of 7:01.90 this past February at the 2011 Midwestern Collegiate Championships… named team captain for 2011-12 season…recorded a personal top time of :23.06 in the 50 free, swimming the first led of the 200 men’s relay on Nov. 13 at the UW-Green Bay dual…also competed in the 100 free (:47.84), 200 free (1:45.29) and 500 free (4:54.37)…ranked eighth on the squad in the 100 free.

2009-10: Larson’s season highlights include a 100-freestyle time of 0:48.97 seconds and a 500-freestyle time of 4:57.05.

High School: 2009 graduate of Brainerd High School…four-time letterwinner in swimming and diving…was captain of the team…All-State…four-time All-Conference...coached by John Zemke.

Personal: Son of Jim and Kelly Larson of Brainerd, Minn...physical therapy major at SCSU.
