The Meghan Carmichael Story

2010-11: Competed in six events for the Huskies during her rookie stint…swam her best time of the season in the 200 IM at the Midwestern Collegiate Championships, touching the wall in 2:18.75…participated on a 400 free relay in December, finishing in 3:45.34.

High School: Graduated from Stoughton High School in 2010…coached by Elise McLaury…four-time letterwinner in swimming…says making it to the State high school meet her senior year was her greatest sports thrill…

Personal: Parents are Lance Carmichael and Lisa Carmichael…plans to major in elementary education…enjoys kayaking, hiking and watching movies in her free time.
