Before SCSU: A 2011 graduate of St. Cloud Technical High School…coached by Dan Eckberg…earned six varsity letters in swimming and diving for the Tigers…a five-time All-Central Lakes Conference swimmer…named Central Lakes Conference Swimmer of the Month in 2008… a three-time CLC record holder…helped her prep squad win the conference title… a section champion…participated in the Minnesota State High School League meet four years…charted All-State honors twice… gained All-American consideration two times during her prep stint… twice a Top-16 Award in Zone 5 of the National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association… school record holder in three events… multiple pool record holder...amassed four varsity letters in track and field…a two-time All-Conference runner…boosted her high school squad to a conference championship… four-time Section participant… charted Rookie of the Year honors…voted the Field MVP three times in her career… team captain.

Personal: Daughter of Jerry and Karen Morford…says her parents have had the greatest influence on her career… a scholar athlete at St. Cloud Tech… graduated with a perfect 4.0 grade point average…High Honors student…named Student of the Month in 2009…a recipient of the Travis Pick Memorial Scholarship…enjoys reading and singing in her spare time… plans to major as a radiology technician at St. Cloud State.
