The Isaiah Fuller Story
2006-07: Junior...earned two first place finishes in dual meets; the 1000 free at Wisconsin-Stevens Point and in the 800 free at South Dakota…finished sixth at the NCC Championships in the 1000 and 1650 free… posted the eighth and third best time in the NCC in the 1000 and 1650 free respectively.
2005-06: Sophomore...placed third at the NCC Championships in the 1000 free, seventh in the 500 free, fourth in the 1650 free.
2004-05: First year...member of fifth place 800 free relay team at 2005 NCC Championships...placed seventh in the 1000 free in a time of 10:04.76...recipient of Men’s “Husky” Award.
HIGH SCHOOL: Fuller graduated from Faribault High School in 2004...won five letters in swimming and two in track...as a swimmer, he competed at the Minnesota State Swimming Championships twice, earned All-Conference honors four times, was his team’s MVP once, and earned Most Improved honors once...owns the school record in the 500 free and was voted Faribault High’s Male Athlete of the Year in 2004...in track, he earned All-Conference honors and was ranked third in the state in pole vault his senior year.
PERSONAL: Parents are Charlie and Joy Fuller of Faribault...physics major...high school coach was Ken Hubert...lists his brother, Noah, as the person with the greatest influence on his career.
