The Elaine Casap Story

BEFORE SCSU: St. Cloud State is pleased to announce the addition of Mesa, Ariz., native Elaine Casap. A 2011 graduate of Xavier College Preparatory High School, Casap has been a standout breaststroker for her head coach Colleen Murphy. A four-time letterwinner in swimming, Casap was named her squad’s Most Valuable Freshman and also charted Most Improved honors during her prep tenure. The past four years Casap has also garnered top-8 accolades at the Arizona State High School Championship Meet. An All-American candidate, she is the daughter of Jaime Casap and Amy Mahoney. Casap plans to major in film studies at St. Cloud State.
