The Dylan Hoven Story

BEFORE SCSU: A native of Bemidji, Minn., Dylan Hoven brings a decorated high school career to St. Cloud State next fall. The son of Mike and Kierstin Hoven, Dylan is an eight-time All-State and Minnesota State Championship Meet medalist. He was the Section champion four times at Bemidji High School and holds the school record in the 50 free, 200 free relay and 400 free relay. A Minnesota Swimmer of the Year nominee, Hoven is a three-time Junior National Qualifier, a Long Course State Champion and Midwest Zone Champion. Voted the Student of the Week at BHS, Hoven was coached by Scott Leindecker and he enjoys hunting, fishing and water skiing in his free time.
