The Brian Jacobs Story

2009-10: Jacobs’s season highlights include a 50-backstroke time of 0:25.85 seconds and a 200-IM time of 2:04.20.

2007-08: Member of NCC Academic Honor Roll…finished in second with a mark of 56.41 in the 100 back in the St. John’s/St. Ben’s Fall Invite…recorded two, fourth place finishes in the UW-Eau Claire/UW-Stevens Point meet in the 400 medley relay and 200 back…notched two more fourth-place finishes in the 100 back and 200 free relay against North Dakota.

2006-07: Sophomore...took home sixth place at the NCC Championships in the 100 back…had three top-seven finishes in the 200 back (4th at Husky Invite I, 7th at Collegeswimming.com Invite and 3rd at Wisconsin-Stevens Point)…earned spot on NCC Academic Honor Roll.

2005-06: First year...member of the third place finishing 800 free relay at the NCC Championships...named Most Improved.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2005 graduate of Valley High School...four-year letter winner in swimming...team captain and four-time state qualifier...placed second in 400 free relay in 2005 state championship...team placed second at state...honor roll member.

PERSONAL: Parents are Kathy Roberts of Clive, IA and Leland Jacobs...majoring in nursing...sports science minor.
