HIGH SCHOOL: 2006 graduate of Lincoln High School in Thief River Falls, Minnesota...six-time letter winner in swimming...four-time state finalist...named Region Co-Athlete of the Year...three-time letter winner in basketball...five-time letter winner in softball... twice-named to All-Conference...named to All-Section in 2006.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Ron and Marcy Helling of Thief River Falls, Minnesota...nursing major...high school coach was Lacy Knott.
