SOFTBALL: Husky Softball Fall Hitting Clinic Set for Selke Field

St. Cloud State University will offer the Husky Softball 2009 Fall Development Clinics for youth softball players ages 10-18 at the University's Selke Field in St. Cloud in September and October.
This series will offer youth fastpitch softball players three different opportunities for development in pitching, hitting and fundamentals.
The hitting clinic will take place from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sept. 15, Sept. 22, Sept. 29 and Oct. 6. The cost is $75.
The fundamental clinic will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 10, Sept. 17 and Sept. 24. The clinic cost will be $40.
The pitching clinic will take place from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sept. 10, Sept. 17 and Sept. 24. The clinic cost will be $75.
One of the premier instructors and coaches in NCAA Division II, SCSU Coach Paula U’Ren and her staff will provide instruction to players who are looking to improve and develop all aspects of their fastpitch softball game.
Through drills and mechanics breakdown, clinic participants will be given the opportunity to develop their game and learn from the best. The facility at Selke Field allows for athletes to get maximum instruction.
Other expert instructors at the camp include former collegiate standouts Kelli Niess, Erin Dickhausen, Meghan Ward and Jennifer Redlinger-Williams.
