Will Harps

Will HarpsGraduate Assistant Coach

A most recent resident of Azusa, Calif., William Harps joins the St. Cloud State University softball coaching staff for the first time in the fall of 2011 as a graduate assistant coach. Familiar with the world of athletics, Harps has worked as an athletic trainer, assistant softball coach and as a strength coach since 2005. A 2009 graduate of the University of Mary with a bachelor’s of science in athletic training, Harps also earned two associate degrees from Pasadena City College in 2006. Harps most recent work experience was in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., where he served as the speed, agility, strength and power coach for EM Speed and Power. He has specialized working with teams and individual athletes to maximize conditioning routines, develop workout programs and promote overall fitness.  A 2003 graduate of Bowdle High School in South Dakota, Harps plans to pursue a master’s degree in sport management at St. Cloud State.

 

Micki Seibring

Micki SeibringVolunteer Student Coach

Micki Seibring joins the Husky Softball staff in 2011-12 as a volunteer student assistant coach. The St. Cloud native was a three-time NFCA Academic All-American and three-time All-NSIC Academic choice for the Southwest Minnesota State University Mustangs from 2008-11. Following a strong senior season 2011, Seibring garnered the prestigious NSIC Miles Brand Award. In 155 games played for Mustang Softball, Seibring amassed a career .245 batting average. She also made 61 starts and posted 38 career hits, 10 doubles, three triples, five home runs and knocked in 21 runners. A 2007 graduate of St. Cloud Tech High School and the daughter of Ron and Jan Seibring, Micki is majoring in exercise science.
