2009 Season: Had a career game against MSU Moorhead on 4/3/09, tying school records of two home runs and six RBI’s in the contest…played at first base…charted a career high three hits against Holy Family (3/7/09) and C.W. Post (3/9/09) in Florida…batted .209 in her rookie season…made 43 starts in 46 appearances…in 115 at-bats, posted 11 runs, 24 hits, eight doubles and two home runs with 18 RBI’s…her eight doubles ranked second on the Husky squad…committed just four errors in the field.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2008 graduate of Grafton H.S…was a four-time letter winner in softball…was a three-time All-Conference selection and team MVP…earned a State All-Star Team selection…a three-time letter winner for Grafton H.S. Basketball team, she won a state championship in 2007…won conference championship in 2006 and 2008…also lettered in volleyball.
PERSONAL: The daughter of Scott and Tammy Brandenburg…lists her parents as her greatest influence…winning the 2007 state basketball title is her biggest sports thrill…enjoys boating, waterskiing, tubing and coaching Special Olympics in her spare time…majoring in nursing.
