2011 Season: Made first career start at Northern State on April 9…appeared in 17 games for the Huskies during her rookie stint…posted first career run scored against Lees-McRae on March 12 under the Florida sun…drew a walk against Minnesota Duluth on April 22…ran for lone stolen base of the season against Minnesota, Crookston on Feb. 27 in the Husky Dome…collected seven putouts and 17 assists in the field.
High School:
Graduated from Prior Lake High School in 2010…coached by Mona Glass and Beth Fuller…lettered four times in softball…tabbed All-Missota Conference accolades her junior and senior stints…garnered All-Section nods her senior season in 2010 for the Lakers…lists hitting a walk-off double to beat the #2-ranked team at the Gold Nationals last summer in Georgia her greatest sports thrill.
Personal: Daughter of Kevin and Kathy Larson of Prior Lake, Minn. …landed on the academic honor roll her senior year in 2009-10…enjoys hanging out with friends, going to the lake and spending time at the cabin…says her father Kevin has had the most influence on her career…plans to major in business at St. Cloud State.
